Attorney Lisa Baker Canterberry is intimately familiar with the process of negotiating equitable settlements in mediation, as well as the guidelines governing the cases to which she has devoted her career—family law in Texas. During her thirty-plus years of practice, Baker has represented clients around the world, learning the needs of many different cultures and adjusting her approach to address those needs, as she helps families navigate the challenging and emotional journey of separation.
Attorney Canterberry graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1985 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Later, she attended Southern Methodist University School of Law, where she served as one of four members of SMU’s National Trial Team. She graduated in 1991 and signed with an independent local firm before establishing her own firm in 1992, with a focus on family law.
